We offer Hickory Smoked Country Ham Hocks from Broadbent's of Kentucky. Made the old fashioned way, each hock is from the end of a whole country ham which is dry rubbed, aged and smoked in much the same way since 1909. The ham hock is 1 lb in a sealed package. This product is shelf stable and is shipped in an unrefrigerated state. We recommend placing product in the refrigerator or freezer if not used within two weeks of receipt. Limited quantities when available. These are either with or without skin, no choice.

Cured with Salt, Sugar, Dry Honey and Sodium Nitrate
We recommend soaking the ham hock in cold water for a few hours prior to use to remove some of the salt.
